CIRIEC International has launched a new international network of young researchers specialising in the social and cooperative economy, public economics and public services.
The initiative aims to build an international platform for networking, exchange and collaboration, connecting researchers from different countries and facilitating the development of new academic and scientific opportunities. Its objectives include promoting joint publications and projects, organising meetings and seminars, and sharing information about training, mobility and funding opportunities.
An open network shaped by its members
The new network is currently being established. CIRIEC International proposes a participatory model in which its members will define its objectives, setting priorities and deciding how it will operate.
In this way, the initiative aims to respond to the needs and interests of young researchers by fostering connections among them.
The new network draws inspiration from the experience of the Spanish Network of Young Researchers in the Social Economy (REJIES). Its track record as a meeting space for young researchers serves as a model for extending this collaborative approach internationally and expanding opportunities for scientific cooperation among young researchers from different countries.
CIRIEC International invite researchers to join the network
At this initial stage, CIRIEC International is collecting information from people interested in joining the initiative. The invitation is open both to those interested in actively helping to organise and to those who would like to join to follow its development and learn about future activities and collaboration opportunities.
