Under the direction of Isabelle Daugareilh and Mathieu de Poorter, the issue 2022/3 of the Revue de Droit Comparé du Travail et de la Sécurité Sociale has been published. 14 thematic studies on “The Social and Solidarity Economy” and 22 International Legal News covering Africa, the Americas, Asia-Oceania and Europe, make up this new 330-page issue.
The introduction focuses on the theme of “The Internationalisation of the Social Solidarity Economy” in the context of the many global and European initiatives that aim to support the diversity of the social solidarity economy and its transformative and inclusive dynamics.
The dossier on the social economy analyses cases and examples from France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Greece, Cyprus, Brazil, Uruguay, Senegal and the United States of America. The journal’s authors include renowned experts in social economy law such as Timothée Duverger, David Hiez, Hagen Henrÿ and Francisco Javier Arrieta Idiakez.

The Centre for Comparative Labour and Social Security Law, -Centre de droit comparé du travail et de la sécurité sociale, Comptrasec-, has been publishing since 1981 the Journal of Comparative Labour and Social Security Law, a legal journal which is a member of the International Association of Labour Law Journals.
